Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and are only accepted for goods that are faulty. The Nail Warehouse must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of such faults.
All goods remain the property of The Nail Warehouse until paid in full. Claims for non-delivery and damage must be made within 3 working days.
