    Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose.  The Nail Warehouse accepts no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision, using or misusing equipment/products supplied by The Nail Warehouse.

    Pictures and colour swatches on the website are intended as a guide only, they may not be to scale or an exact colour match due to differences in browsers, display settings or your graphic cards’ configuration.  Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the product descriptions and prices are correct at the time of being published some products on the website may become unavailable as illustrated.  We reserve the right to alter product and kit specifications without prior notice.  If in doubt please contact The Nail Warehouse and we will be happy to help.


    All values of currency on this site are in Great British Pounds (GBP).

    Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.  We do not transmit or store any card details whatsoever; they are encrypted and processed using SagePay.  SagePay is completely PCI Compliant.

    It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from The Nail Warehouse until full payment has been received.

    Once your order has been received and payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.


    All prices shown on the website exclude VAT which will be automatically added to the items in your shopping basket.

    Out of Stock/Special Order Items

    Goods are subject to availability, if your item is not in stock, we will place it on “back order”.  This means that as soon as the item becomes available it will be sent on to you.  Some items/kits are not held in stock and are ordered in as and when they are requested.  For most items this should be no more than a maximum of 10 working days.  There are rare occasions however when this may take longer, for example if the manufacturers are unable to supply us during this period of time.  On these occasions a refund or alternative product for the back ordered item is available.  Please note, we are also a Cash & Carry and although every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website, items can quickly sell out.

    Order Cancellations

    If you do decide to cancel your order before it has been despatched a fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and card processing fees.

    Shortages/Damaged Goods/Returns

    All goods received must be inspected on delivery; claims for shortages/faulty or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours.

    Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and are only accepted for goods that are faulty.

    If products are faulty/damaged these must be returned to The Nail Warehouse in original packaging (where possible) so that they can be inspected before any replacement products are sent out.

    If no fault is found, the item will then be returned (postage cost to be met by customer) or in some circumstances at our discretion a refund will be offered less 15% handling charge.

    Any refund offered are for the goods only, postage will not be refunded.
